From the very beginning, Victor was knowledgeable and helpful . It was because of him we chose the company to paint the exterior of our two story home. Jordan (Project Manager) kept everything running smoothly and made sure we were always informed. Heaven (Office Coordinator) was wonderful with communication—always checked in every evening to see if we had any questions and ask if everything was being done to our satisfaction, and she’s very courteous.

A special thank you to Brian, our painter, who truly went above and beyond. He is incredibly meticulous, hardworking, and takes great pride in his work and it shows! He also went above & beyond by moving 3 heavy decorative pieces we had by the house. The quality of the paint job exceeded our expectations, and he completed everything even faster than we anticipated without sacrificing any attention to detail.

The entire team was professional, punctual, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Affordable & Reliable Painting to anyone looking for top-quality work!

Can't say enough good things about these painters. Victor responded within 20 minutes of my telephone call and scheduled appointment to provide an estimate. Provided a personalized jacket containing a very "aggressive" job quote, copies of insurance coverage, referrals and addresses of homes in our subdivision that the company had painted. Once we had selected the company, Victor stopped by with the Painting foreman to walk our home and review the work to be completed.

The company pressure-washed the exterior the day before the painters arrived. Balcazar and his five-person crew arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m.. and began covering every window, door handle and electrical outlet and even removed the bulbs from the exterior light fixtures. His crew worked diligently throughout the day. They were thorough, detail-oriented and They worked to 5:30 p.m. and completed the job (exterior walls. exterior doors, gutters, downspouts, fascia, soffits and trim) in one day. Balacazar even walked the property with me twice to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. The Project Manager even came by to check on the job and my satisfaction.

Company provided highest quality Sherwin Williams paint (Duration) that I selected. Needless to say, our home looked brand new when the crew completed its work. Several of my neighbors have already inquired about who painted my home. I would highly recommend Affordable and Superior Painting and will use them again for all of my painting needs.

I rarely leave reviews, but I. have to say Affordable & Superior truly lived up to it's name when repainting the exterior and interior garage of my home in Vero Beach. They arrived with a large crew and were meticulous in taping and covering all of the windows and also preventing overspray on my newly installed concrete tile roof. Excellent work. Very good price. I'd use or recommend them again in a heartbeat!
